Is there a minimum order quantity?＋
There is no fixed minimum. Quantity, design and how much customisation you need all affect how we quote, so just send the inquiry form and we will reply with the option that fits.
Can you customise the bracelets — specific stones, brand colours or packaging?＋
Yes, we can discuss it. Common requests are chosen stones and colour palettes, one uniform size, and cards or packaging to match. Larger orders can also discuss special specifications. What is feasible, and the cost, is set out in the quote.
How long will it take?＋
It depends on quantity and how much is custom-made — ready-made pieces and custom pieces take different times to prepare. We give you a clear estimated timeline with the quote and deliver on the date we agree.
Do you ship overseas?＋
Yes. Overseas orders ship from Taiwan by SF Express. Shipping cost is part of the quote; import duties, if any, follow the rules of your destination.
How do we pay, and can you issue an invoice?＋
Company bank transfer is supported; the details (such as deposit and balance) are written on the quote. Qi Yi Crystal Ltd. is a registered Taiwan company and can issue Taiwan e-invoices; for overseas buyers we confirm the invoicing arrangement together with the quote.
