Depending on which services you use, we may collect:

• •Account and contact details: name, email address, phone number, delivery address.
• •Order data: order contents, amounts, payment and shipping information.
• •Personalisation data: the date of birth and similar details you choose to enter so we can suggest a bracelet. Providing these is optional.
• •Usage data: browsing and interaction records, cookies, device and connection information, used to improve the service and keep it secure.

• •To take, make and ship your order, and to handle returns, exchanges and support requests.
• •To provide member accounts, points and the bracelet design tools.
• •To email you about your order status, and — only if you have opted in — about offers and news.
• •To operate the site securely, prevent fraud, and meet our legal obligations.

• •Account data: kept while your account is open. If you ask us to delete it, we follow section 6.
• •Order and accounting records: retained for the periods required by Taiwanese law (vouchers at least 5 years, ledgers at least 10 years). This applies even after you close your account, because it is a legal obligation.
• •Everything else: deleted or anonymised once the purpose it was collected for has ended.

We are a Taiwanese company. Your data is stored and processed on servers and business systems located in Taiwan. If you are ordering from the UK, the EEA or elsewhere, this means your data is transferred outside your country. Taiwan has a national data protection law (the Personal Data Protection Act), and we apply the safeguards described in this policy to your data wherever it is held.

We never sell or rent your personal data. We share it only where necessary:

• •With the providers needed to fulfil your order — payment processing (NewebPay, Taiwan; Airwallex; PayPal) and delivery (SF Express).
• •Where required by law, or in response to a lawful request from a court or public authority.

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. If you are in the UK or EEA you also have the right to object to processing, to request portability, and to complain to your local supervisory authority. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what we collect and to request deletion, and we do not sell personal information.

You can delete your account yourself from Account → Profile. After deletion you will no longer be able to sign in, and your name, email, phone number, date of birth and reading history are erased or anonymised — except for the records we are legally required to keep under section 4.

To make any of these requests, email service@qiyicrystal.com or use the chat on this site. We will verify who you are and respond within a reasonable period, free of charge.

• •All traffic is encrypted with SSL/TLS.
• •Access to personal data is limited to the staff who need it, and permissions are managed.
• •Passwords are stored in a form that cannot be reversed.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your language and currency, and understand how the site is used.

You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some features may then stop working correctly.

If you are under 18, please use this site with the consent of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the law or in our services. Any update is published on this page and the date above is revised.
