Terms of Service

These terms apply to the online store and related services operated by Qi Yi Crystal Ltd. (騏藝逸品有限公司) ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

• •A contract is formed when you complete checkout and we send you an order confirmation.
• •If an item is out of stock, a price is displayed incorrectly, or we cannot fulfil the order for another good reason, we may decline it and will refund you in full.
• •These are natural stones. Colour, banding and inclusions vary from piece to piece; this is not a defect.

• •Prices are set in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD). Amounts shown in other currencies are indicative; the amount on the payment page is what you will be charged.
• •Payments are handled by NewebPay (Taiwan), Airwallex or PayPal depending on your region. Your card issuer sets the exchange rate and may add a foreign transaction fee.
• •Shipping is charged in addition. Import duties and taxes, where they apply, are the recipient's responsibility.

• •We ship from our shop in Taichung, Taiwan via SF Express to more than 60 countries.
• •Delivery estimates are given in good faith but customs clearance times are outside our control.
• •You will receive a tracking number when your parcel is dispatched.

• •Ready-made items: returnable within 7 days of delivery if unworn and unused. Return postage is at your cost.
• •Custom pieces: made individually for you, so they cannot normally be returned or exchanged.
• •If something arrives damaged or made up incorrectly, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund you, and cover return postage.
• •Inclusions, colour variation and natural fissures in the stone are not defects. If you are unsure, send us a photo on chat.
• •If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, these terms do not affect your statutory cancellation rights, which apply in addition; note that goods made to your specification are excluded from those rights by law.

• •You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure.
• •You can delete your account at any time from Account → Profile. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
• •We may suspend an account where we find fraud, abuse of other customers, or breach of the law.

The meanings we describe on product pages and in the crystal guide are cultural traditions, drawn mainly from Chinese-speaking cultures. They are not claims about health, wealth or fortune, and they are not a substitute for medical, financial or legal advice.

Bracelet suggestions generated from a date of birth are calculated for interest and reflection. They do not predict or guarantee future events. Please weigh important decisions with professional advice and your own judgement.

The text, photography, designs and logos on this site belong to us or to their rightful owners. You may not copy, republish or distribute them beyond personal use.

• •Where we are at fault, our liability is limited to the price of the goods in the order concerned. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
• •We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, network outages, and the acts of payment processors or carriers.

We may change these terms. The version published on this page applies from the moment it is posted.

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, and the Taichung District Court is the court of first instance. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, or of the right to bring proceedings there.
