I'm new to crystals and don't know where to start. What should I do?＋

How do I cleanse my crystal, and how often?＋
For most crystals, moonlight (a full-moon night) or a clear-quartz cluster works well and is gentle. Avoid salt water and direct sun for softer or metallic stones. Once a month is plenty for everyday wear; cleanse sooner if it feels heavy after intense use.
Which hand should I wear it on — left or right?＋
A common guideline: wear it on the left to 'receive' energy (e.g. wealth, calm) and on the right to 'release' or project (e.g. protection, letting go). It's a guideline, not a rule — wear it where it feels right.
Why is rutilated quartz (titanium quartz) so expensive?＋
Its value comes from the density, thickness and clarity of the golden rutile threads inside — the finer and fuller the 'hair', the rarer the stone. Natural, well-formed pieces are limited, which is reflected in the price.
Do you ship to Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia?＋
Yes. We ship by SF Express — from about NT$140 (~HK$35) to Hong Kong and NT$540 (~S$23 / RM74) to Singapore & Malaysia for the first 0.5 kg, fuel surcharge included. See the Overseas Shipping page for details.
What currency will I be charged in?＋
Prices are in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD) and you pay by credit card online; your card issuer converts to your local currency automatically. Local prices shown on the site are approximate references.
