How is the pairing calculated?
Everything is computed by documented algorithms — the BaZi chart, the five-element balance, the zodiac and star-sign mapping and the life-path number are all worked out by our software from classical rules, so the same birthday always gives the same result and you can check it yourself. The bracelet itself is hand-strung in our Taichung studio.
Why are Qi Yi bracelets almost only crystal?
Many bracelets build a sense of “richness” out of charms and filler beads. Qi Yi takes the other road — every bead on your wrist answers to a reason in the recipe: an element, a meaning, your chart. If we can't say why it's there, it isn't. Our designed pieces are always 100% crystal; if you'd like a touch of metal in your own design, the builder offers minimal gold and silver spacers you can add — and that is all.

Which ways can I design a custom bracelet?
Five. Design by Intention: pick the three energies you want most and we compose a strand in about 30 seconds. Design Your Own: choose from every crystal in the builder, set the bead size and your wrist, and watch the price update live. BaZi Five-Element Bracelet: enter your birth date (and hour if you know it) and we map your chart's five elements and pick the one worth reinforcing. Destiny Bracelets: 12 Chinese zodiac signs × 12 star signs, each with a ready design you can view straight away. Life-Path Number Bracelet: Western numerology from your birth date. All five can be loaded into the builder for fine-tuning before you order.
How much does a custom bracelet cost?
Custom bracelets are priced per bead, so the total depends on the stone, the bead size (6, 8 or 10 mm) and your wrist size. The builder shows the live price as you design. Prices include shipping within Taiwan. Overseas orders ship free by SF Express above the minimum order of NT$1,500, and you are charged in the currency shown at checkout.
How long until I receive it?
Each bracelet is hand-strung one bead at a time after you order and ships in 7–14 business days (business days exclude weekends and public holidays). Every piece comes with its bracelet ID card recording the beads and their meanings.
Can I return or exchange a custom bracelet?
Custom pieces are made individually for you, so they cannot normally be returned or exchanged (ready-made items: returnable within 7 days of delivery if unworn and unused). If something arrives damaged or made up incorrectly, contact us within 7 days of delivery — we will replace it or refund you, and cover return postage. Natural veils, clouds and inclusions are characteristics of natural stone, not defects.
