Kiki is built on world-class, latest-generation AI models, and she keeps upgrading as newer generations arrive. So that we can always switch to the most suitable technology, we don't disclose specific models or providers.

Is Kiki a fortune-teller?

No — Qi Yi Crystal has no fortune-tellers. The BaZi and five-element suggestions Kiki mentions are references from AI-based calculation, not a guarantee of anything.

Do I have to pay to chat with Kiki?

No. Chatting with Kiki and asking her to design a bracelet are both free — order only if you love it.

Will Kiki remember me?
