※ This price is what you pay at checkout (Taiwan shipping included). If a bead runs out we substitute the same crystal in a slightly larger or smaller size (never a different stone); say so in the checkout note if you'd rather we contact you first. Once ordered, beads are sourced and production starts; substitution or a delayed date is not grounds for a refund. Each bracelet is hand-strung to order and ships in about 7–14 business days; the exact bead count follows the finished piece (may differ by one bead — the quoted price stands; if you specified an exact bead count in chat or in the checkout note, we string exactly that count). As a made-to-order item it is not covered by the 7-day cooling-off period under Taiwan consumer law — returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is faulty.
How the custom bracelet designer works
- Tap a stone to add it one bead at a time. Press and hold to see a real photo and the traditional meaning.
- Choose the bead diameter (6, 8 or 10 mm) and your wrist size (11–22 cm in 0.5 cm steps). Pick the exact number you measured.
- The price recalculates every time you swap a bead. Every bead has a published unit price and there is no minimum bead count.
- Happy with the layout? Order it as-is. It is hand-strung at our store in Taichung, Taiwan and shipped by SF Express, with international shipping included in the price.
Can I design a bracelet if I know nothing about crystals?
Yes. Start from the 30-second match (pick three intentions) or the AI BaZi five-element match (enter your birth date), and the designer opens with a suggested layout already filled in. Then change only the beads you do not love.
Should I add extra length to my wrist size?
No. Select the exact wrist measurement. The system already calculates the strung length and fit for your bead size, so adding centimetres makes the bracelet too loose.
Where is my bracelet made?
At our one physical store, No. 37-22, Yuying Rd, East District, Taichung, Taiwan. Each piece is hand-strung after you order, which takes approximately 7–14 business days, then shipped by SF Express international express.
