Three ways to start a custom crystal bracelet
You do not need to know anything about crystals to begin. All three entrances end in the same designer, where you check the final layout before you order.
- AI BaZi five-element match — enter your birth date (and birth time if you know it). The tool converts year, month, day and hour into the four pillars, counts Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water, and proposes beads from the colour families traditionally paired with those elements. It starts from a chart calculation, not from a mood keyword.
- Match by intention — for gifts, or if you would rather not enter a birthday. Pick three directions that matter to you and a recipe appears in about 30 seconds.
- Design from scratch — choose stones one bead at a time. Each bead shows its stone name, diameter and unit price, and there is no minimum bead count.
The suggestion is a starting point — edit it bead by bead
You never have to order the AI suggestion as-is. Bring it into the designer and replace any stone you do not love, change the bead size, or add an accent bead. Change one bead and the total updates immediately, so you see the final layout and the final price before you pay.
Bead diameters are 6 mm, 8 mm and 10 mm. Wrist sizes run from 11 cm to 22 cm (roughly 4.3 to 8.7 inches) in 0.5 cm steps. Measure your actual wrist with a soft tape and choose that exact number — do not add extra centimetres for comfort. The system already works out the strung length for your bead size, and adding length makes the bracelet too loose.
What the AI does, and what it does not do
What we offer is AI BaZi charting: software builds the chart, counts the elements and proposes colour families. There is no fortune-teller or human reader behind it, and we would rather say so plainly.
Pairing the five elements, zodiac animals or star signs with stones comes from Chinese folk tradition and symbolism. It is not scientifically proven, and we make no health or fortune claims. Treat it as a meaningful way to choose; whether you like the colour and how it feels on your wrist matters most.
If you get stuck, the chat in the bottom-right corner is an AI assistant called Kiki. Ask about a stone's mineral facts, which bead size suits you, or shipping and customs.
What to check before buying a crystal bracelet online
- Stone type and size — each bead's stone type and size is listed, so you know exactly what goes into the strand.
- Per-bead pricing — you can see which stones go in, how many beads of each, and what each bead costs before you order.
- Bead-to-bead variation — veils, feathering, internal cloudiness and small colour differences between beads are normal, not defects. The piece you receive can differ slightly from a photo.
- A real store — our one physical store is at No. 37-22, Yuying Rd, East District, Taichung, Taiwan, where the bracelets are hand-strung. Our Google rating is 5.0.
- Body style — custom bracelets are built mainly from clear-bodied natural crystal, and you can choose a clear, mixed or opaque look.
Ordering, payment and delivery outside Taiwan
We have no branches, stockists or pickup points outside Taiwan; everything overseas is ordered online. Custom bracelets take approximately 7–14 business days to hand-string, and SF Express international express then usually takes a few more business days depending on destination and customs. Delivery times are estimates, not promises.
Prices are listed in New Taiwan dollars, with other currencies shown as a conversion. International shipping is already included in the price, so nothing extra is added for delivery at checkout. The minimum overseas order is NT$1,500. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal.
Import duty or tax may apply depending on your country's threshold and is paid by the recipient; your local customs authority has the final say.

Do I have to order exactly what the AI suggests?
No. The suggestion is a starting point. Bring it into the designer and change the stones, the bead size or the order yourself. Swapping a single bead recalculates the price immediately, and you see the final layout and total before you pay.
Can I make a custom crystal bracelet without knowing my BaZi?
Yes. You can pick three intentions and get a recipe in about 30 seconds with no birthday, or start from an empty strand and choose every bead yourself. There are also ready recipes for the 12 Chinese zodiac animals and 12 star signs.
Is a person reading my chart?
No. It is AI BaZi charting: software builds the chart and counts the five elements. There is no human reader. The element-to-stone pairings are folk tradition and symbolism, and we make no health or fortune claims.
How is the price worked out?
Every bead has a published unit price, and the bracelet price is the sum of the beads you choose. There is no minimum bead count. International shipping is included in the price. Prices are in New Taiwan dollars with other currencies shown as a conversion, and the minimum overseas order is NT$1,500.
How do I choose my wrist size?
Measure your actual wrist with a soft tape and select that exact number, from 11 cm to 22 cm in 0.5 cm steps. Do not add extra length — the system already calculates the strung length for your bead size, and adding centimetres makes it too loose.
How long does it take to arrive?
Custom bracelets take approximately 7–14 business days to hand-string, then ship by SF Express international express. Transit time depends on destination and customs, so we do not promise an exact arrival date.
Can I return a custom bracelet?
Custom pieces are made for one person, so they are generally not returnable or exchangeable. If it arrives damaged or we made a mistake, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it at no cost. In-stock pieces can be returned within 7 days if unworn; return postage is paid by the customer.
