What makes Taiwan's crystal culture different
Two habits from the Taiwanese crystal market are unusual to shoppers in the US, UK or Australia. The first is bead-level pricing transparency: in our custom builder, every single bead shows its stone type, bead diameter and unit price, and swapping one bead recalculates the total instantly — you can see exactly what you are paying for instead of a flat 'bracelet price'.
The second is five-element (wu xing) pairing, a long-standing Chinese metaphysics tradition in which colours and stones are matched to a person's birth chart or Chinese zodiac sign. Because you cannot browse our counter in person, the site offers five entry points. Pick whichever matches how much you already know — none of them require you to understand Chinese metaphysics.

- BaZi five-element pairing: enter your date of birth (the birth hour makes it more precise); the system casts the chart automatically and selects bead colours by the five-element correspondences. This is AI-generated — we do not have a fortune-teller on staff.
- Chinese zodiac and Western star sign bracelets: ready-made formulas for all 12 animal signs and 12 star signs, in women's and men's versions.
- Custom builder: choose every bead yourself, with stone type, diameter and unit price shown per bead and no minimum bead count.
- Style collections: designed pieces chosen purely by colour if you would rather not think about five elements at all.
Sizing, bead diameter and stone texture
Beads come in 6mm, 8mm and 10mm. Wrist size is entered in centimetres and ranges from 11cm to 22cm, so it helps to have a soft tape measure handy before you order.
Measure the actual circumference of your wrist and enter that exact number. Do not add extra centimetres for comfort — our system already calculates the strung length and fit for the bead diameter you picked, and adding length will make the bracelet too loose.
Custom bracelets are built mainly from clear-bodied natural crystal, but you can choose clear, mixed or opaque textures. Natural crystal contains internal fractures, cloud-like veils and slight colour variation between beads; these are normal, not defects.
Ordering and shipping to the US, UK, Canada and Australia
Checkout accepts Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Prices are listed in New Taiwan dollars with a USD conversion displayed for convenience, and international shipping is already included — no separate shipping line is added at checkout. The minimum overseas order value is NT$1,500.
Everything travels by SF Express international express with tracking from Taichung to your door, covering 60+ countries. After dispatch, typical transit is about 3–7 business days to the US, Canada and the UK/Western Europe, and about 3–6 business days to Australia. These are estimates only and we do not promise a specific delivery date.
Add the making time before that window: custom, hand-strung bracelets take about 7–14 working days, while in-stock pieces dispatch faster. Import duty, VAT/GST or customs handling charges may apply depending on your country and are the recipient's responsibility under local rules.
Returns, support and what we will not claim
In-stock items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Custom bracelets are made individually to your beads, size and formula, so they cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty — worth deciding carefully at the sizing step.

Do you have a shop or stockist in the US, UK or Australia?
No. Our only physical store is at 37-22 Yuying Road, East District, Taichung, Taiwan, and there are no overseas branches, resellers or pickup points anywhere. All international orders are placed on our website and shipped from Taichung by SF Express.
How long will my bracelet take to arrive?
Custom bracelets are hand-strung in about 7–14 working days; in-stock pieces ship sooner. After dispatch, SF Express typically takes about 3–7 business days to the US, Canada and the UK, and about 3–6 to Australia. All timings are estimates only and not a guaranteed delivery date.
Will I pay customs duty or VAT when it arrives?
Possibly. Import duties, VAT or GST depend on your country's thresholds and rules, and they are paid by the recipient. The product price already includes international shipping, so no extra shipping fee is charged at checkout.
How do I measure my wrist correctly?

Why do beads look slightly different from each other?
Colour and texture vary from bead to bead: internal fractures, cloudy veils and small colour differences are normal rather than flaws. Each bead's stone type and size is listed.
Can I return a custom bracelet if I change my mind?
In-stock items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Custom bracelets are made specifically for you, so they are not returnable or exchangeable except for a defect. If you are unsure about size or beads, message us on WhatsApp before ordering.
