Each bracelet is hand-strung to order and ships in about 7–14 business days; the exact bead count follows the finished piece (may differ by one bead — the quoted price stands). As a made-to-order item it is not covered by the 7-day cooling-off period under Taiwan consumer law — returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is faulty.
