Before you start: three things to have to hand
Ordering a custom crystal bracelet online goes more smoothly if you gather a few things first. None of them takes more than a minute or two, and you do not need to book a consultation or know anything about Chinese astrology; the site does the working-out.
- A wrist measurement in centimetres, taken with a soft tape round the actual wrist of the person who will wear the bracelet.
- Either a date of birth, for the BaZi, zodiac or star sign routes, or simply an idea of the colours you like.
- A way to pay a seller abroad: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. The price is shown in pounds (£), converted from New Taiwan dollars, and cards are charged in pounds.
Choose your route: five ways to design your own crystal bracelet
People arrive with different amounts of certainty. Some already picture a mostly clear strand with a few coloured accents; others have typed zodiac bracelet or birthstone bracelet into a search box and would like the site to propose something. Both are catered for, and every route ends with a bracelet strung by hand in Taichung.
If BaZi is something your parents or grandparents talked about and you have only ever looked it up in English, that route was built with you in mind: it runs in English or Traditional Chinese, and the Chinese calendar conversion happens automatically.
A plain word about the readings: they are AI calculation, meaning an algorithm works out the chart and proposes the beads. There is no fortune-teller, no human reader and nobody interpreting your birth details by hand. Five-element, Chinese zodiac and star sign pairings are folk culture and symbolism with no scientifically proven effect, so use them as a way into a design you like rather than as a prediction.
- Trait-based matching — the quick one. No birthday; choose 3 wish directions and a formula is ready in about 30 seconds.
- BaZi five-element matching — type in a date of birth (the birth hour makes it more precise), the chart is generated automatically, and bead colours follow the five elements.
- Chinese zodiac and star sign bracelets — ready formulas for the 12 zodiac animals and the 12 star signs, in women's and men's versions. This is where most people hunting for a birthstone-style gift end up.
- Custom builder — full control, bead by bead. Stone type, diameter and unit price per bead are published, and the total recalculates instantly when you swap one.
- Style collections — chosen purely by colour, with no chart and no symbolism to think about.
Beads, diameter and body: the choices that shape the look
Beads come in 6mm, 8mm and 10mm. As a rough guide, 6mm looks fine and light and sits happily beside a watch, 8mm is the all-rounder, and 10mm has presence on its own. The wrist number you give stays the same whichever diameter you choose.
Custom bracelets are built mainly around clear-bodied, transparent natural crystal. You decide whether the overall feel is clear, mixed or opaque, and there is no minimum bead count, so nobody pushes you towards a heavier piece than you want.
Each bead's stone type and size is listed. Expect ice cracks, cloud-like veils and slight colour variation between beads; these are normal, not defects, and they are why no two strands match exactly.
Wrist size: give the true measurement and nothing more
The site works in centimetres, from 11cm to 22cm in 0.5cm steps. Wrap a soft tape once round the wrist where the bracelet will sit, read the actual circumference and choose that exact number.
Many beaded bracelet guides suggest allowing a little extra, but please don't do that here: our system already calculates the slack from the bead size you chose, and a padded figure produces a bracelet that is too loose. If your tape is in inches, multiply by 2.54, so 6.5 inches × 2.54 ≈ 16.5cm; the whole range of 11–22cm is about 4.3–8.7 inches.
A made-to-order bracelet cannot be returned because the size was wrong, so measure twice. If you are unsure which half-centimetre step to choose, ask on WhatsApp before ordering rather than guessing.
Price, payment and UK import VAT
Prices are set in New Taiwan dollars, and from the UK the site shows them in pounds (£) as a conversion. If you see another currency, choose GBP in the currency menu at the top of the page. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are charged in pounds, and the exact amount and currency are shown before you confirm payment; PayPal is charged in New Taiwan dollars and converted by PayPal.
International shipping is already included in the displayed price, so nothing is added for delivery at checkout. The minimum overseas order is NT$1,500; that is a minimum order, not a threshold that changes the delivery cost.
We do not charge UK VAT at checkout. Goods bought from overseas are generally subject to UK import VAT, and the courier may collect VAT and a handling fee before delivery. Those charges are paid by the recipient; we do not collect or absorb them. HMRC and GOV.UK are the authoritative sources.

Timeline, delivery and ordering a bracelet as a gift
There are two stages. Hand-stringing in the Taichung shop takes about 7–14 working days, and SF Express international then takes about 3–7 business days after dispatch, trackable end to end. In-stock pieces have no making stage and dispatch sooner. Every figure is an estimate only, and we never promise an arrival date.
For a birthday, Mother's Day, Christmas or Lunar New Year, add the making time and the transit time together and order early. We do not publish cut-off dates, because customs and courier handling are outside our control.
For a surprise present the hard part is the wrist size. Guessing is risky with a made-to-order piece, so find a reason to get a real measurement. If that is impossible, an in-stock piece is the safer surprise, since in-stock items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt.
Returns, and help across the time difference
In-stock items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Made-to-order bracelets cannot be returned except for genuine defects, and bead-to-bead variation in the stone does not count as a defect.

Can I order a personalised crystal bracelet from the UK, and where is it actually made?
Yes. You order on the English site from anywhere in the UK, and the bracelet is hand-strung in our shop in Taichung, Taiwan, then couriered to your address by SF Express international with tracking. Nothing is made or held in Britain, and we have no shop or pickup point there.
What's the difference between custom, bespoke and made to order on your site?
Nothing but the word. All three mean the bracelet does not exist until you order it: it is strung by hand to your wrist size, bead diameter and stone choices, which takes about 7–14 working days. The alternative is an in-stock piece, which is already made and dispatches sooner.
Do I need my exact time of birth for a BaZi bracelet?
No. A date of birth is enough to generate the chart, and adding the birth hour simply makes it more precise. If you would rather not enter a birthday at all, use trait-based matching, the custom builder or the style collections instead.
Will I be charged VAT or customs fees when my bracelet arrives?
You may be. Goods bought from overseas are generally subject to UK import VAT, and the courier may collect the VAT and a handling fee before delivery. We do not charge UK VAT at checkout, and any such charge is paid by the recipient. HMRC and GOV.UK are the authoritative sources.
