What we are not is an Australian retailer. Nothing is held in Australia, nobody can meet you in Sydney or Melbourne to hand over a parcel, and no local shop sells our pieces on our behalf. Every Australian order leaves Taichung and travels by SF Express international courier, trackable end to end.
One more piece of honesty. The matching tools on our site are AI calculation — an algorithm, not a person. Local shop or a Taiwan workshop: an honest comparison
A bricks-and-mortar crystal shop or a market stall near you has real advantages. You can feel the difference between 8mm and 10mm beads on your own wrist, check the colour in daylight, and walk out wearing the bracelet. If you need something by the weekend, buy locally — an overseas order cannot do that.
Ordering from a workshop makes sense when the piece you want is not sitting on a shelf: a particular mix of stones, a wrist size that standard bracelets never fit, a formula based on a date of birth, or a strand where you chose every bead yourself. You give up same-day pickup and accept a wait; in exchange the bracelet is strung after you order, to your own measurement.

- Is making time quoted separately from delivery time? Our answer: yes, and both are given as estimates only.
- What counts as a defect? Our answer: ice cracks, cloud-like inclusions (veils) and slight colour variation vary from bead to bead and are normal, not defects.

Sizing when you cannot try it on
Wrap a soft tape around your wrist, read the actual circumference in centimetres and choose that exact number. If the tape reads 15.5cm, choose 15.5cm. Sizes run from 11cm to 22cm in 0.5cm steps.
Do not allow anything extra for comfort. The system already calculates slack from the bead size you picked, so padding the number yourself makes the bracelet too loose. Because made-to-order pieces cannot be returned for a change of mind, it is worth measuring twice before you pay.
Custom pieces have no minimum bead count and are built mainly around clear-bodied, transparent natural crystal. You can ask for a clear, mixed or opaque feel overall.

International shipping is already included in the displayed price, and nothing is added for delivery at checkout. Overseas orders have a minimum of NT$1,500; that is simply a minimum order.
