Two stages, two clocks: making time and courier time
When Australians ask how long shipping from Taiwan takes, the courier leg is usually the shorter part of the answer. A custom bracelet has to be strung by hand before it can be posted, and that happens in one place only: our shop at No. 37-22, Yuying Road, East District, Taichung. Count the making stage in working days and the courier stage in business days, then add them.
Border processing and busy periods sit outside our control, which is why every figure here is an estimate and not a promise. If the bracelet is for a birthday, Mother's Day, Christmas or Lunar New Year, add the two stages together and order early.

There is no Australian-dollar price: how the currency works
Every price on the site is set in New Taiwan dollars (NT$), and from Australia it is shown in Australian dollars (A$) as a conversion. If another currency appears, choose AUD in the currency menu at the top of the page. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are charged in Australian dollars at the amount shown before you confirm; PayPal is charged in New Taiwan dollars and converted by PayPal.
What we can show you is the exact amount and the currency being charged, and that appears on screen before you confirm payment. If you want a rough Australian-dollar figure beforehand, run the NT$ total through your bank's own converter.
International shipping is already included in the displayed price. Nothing is added for delivery at checkout, whether you live in Sydney, Melbourne or a long way from either. Overseas orders have a minimum of NT$1,500, which is a minimum order and nothing else.

GST, duty and the Australian border
We do not collect Australian GST at checkout. Any GST, duty or charge assessed at the border is paid by the recipient. The Australian Border Force (ABF) is the authoritative source.
In practice that means the price you pay us covers the bracelet and its international courier delivery, and nothing on the Australian side. We do not collect or absorb border charges on your behalf, and we cannot tell you in advance whether one will be assessed on your parcel — that decision belongs to the Australian authorities. If you are sending a gift directly to someone else, let them know, since the recipient is the person asked to pay.
Following the parcel with SF Express
All overseas orders go by SF Express international, and the parcel is trackable end to end, from Taichung to your door. Enter a delivery address and phone number where the courier can actually reach you during the day.

Order the right size once
Sending a bracelet back across the ocean is nobody's idea of a good time, and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned for a sizing change of mind anyway. So measure properly: a soft tape around the wrist, the actual circumference in centimetres, and that exact number selected on the site. A reading of 17cm means you order 17cm.
Don't add anything for comfort. The system already calculates slack from the bead size, and an extra allowance on top of it makes the bracelet too loose.

- Bead diameters: 6mm, 8mm and 10mm.
- Custom pieces: no minimum bead count, built mainly around clear-bodied natural crystal, in a clear, mixed or opaque feel.
Returns, and what natural crystal looks like on arrival
In-stock items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Made-to-order bracelets cannot be returned except for genuine defects.
Each bead's stone type and size is listed, and photos are for reference. When you open the parcel you may see ice cracks, cloud-like inclusions (veils) and slight colour variation between beads. These are normal, not defects. If something does look wrong, message us on WhatsApp and a real person will look at the case.
