- What is the return rule for ready pieces, and what is it for custom pieces? Those are rarely the same.
- What does the seller say the stones will do? Be wary of anyone promising health or money results from a bracelet; nobody can prove that, and we make no such claim.

Qi Yi Crystal is a natural crystal bracelet brand in Taichung, Taiwan. The Taichung shop holds a 5.0-star Google rating, and every made-to-order bracelet is hand-strung there. We ship to 60+ countries and regions, Canada among them, and every overseas order goes out by SF Express international.
What we are not: a Canadian business. There is no showroom to visit in Vancouver, no counter in a Toronto mall, no local stock held in Canada and nobody to meet for a handover. Many of our Canadian customers are Chinese-Canadian families who live in those cities, which is probably why the question comes up so often, but the only door you can walk through is the one in Taichung.

- BaZi five-element matching: enter a date of birth, with the birth hour if you know it for more precision. The chart is generated automatically using the Chinese calendar, and bead colours follow the five elements.

What a Canadian buyer actually pays
Start with the displayed price. It is set in New Taiwan dollars, and from Canada the site shows it in Canadian dollars (C$) as a conversion. If another currency appears, choose CAD in the currency menu at the top of the page. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are charged in Canadian dollars at the amount shown before you confirm; PayPal is charged in New Taiwan dollars and converted by PayPal. The exact amount and currency being charged are shown before you confirm payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
International shipping is already included in that price, and nothing is added for delivery at checkout. The one condition is a minimum overseas order of NT$1,500, which is a minimum order and nothing more.
Then the border. Canada's duty- and tax-free allowance for couriered parcels from outside North America is low, so expect GST/HST, possibly duty, and a courier brokerage fee. These are paid by the recipient; we do not collect or absorb them. The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) is the authoritative source if you want to estimate the amount. Getting the size right without a try-on
Wrap a soft tape around your wrist, read the actual circumference in centimetres and choose that exact number. Sizes run from 11cm to 22cm in 0.5cm steps. Please do not pad the measurement for comfort: the system already calculates the slack from the bead size, and an extra allowance on top is the usual reason a bracelet turns out too loose.
Bead diameters are 6mm, 8mm and 10mm, and custom pieces have no minimum bead count. Custom bracelets are built mainly around clear-bodied, transparent natural crystal, and you can ask for a clear, mixed or opaque feel.
Stone is not uniform. Ice cracks, cloud-like inclusions (veils) and slight colour variation from bead to bead are normal, not defects.
Timeline, returns and help across the time difference
Made-to-order bracelets take about 7–14 working days to hand-string; in-stock pieces skip the making stage and dispatch sooner. SF Express transit to Canada is about 3–7 business days after dispatch. Both are estimates only, and we never promise an arrival date, so order early for birthdays, Mother's Day, Christmas or Lunar New Year.
In-stock items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Made-to-order bracelets cannot be returned except for genuine defects, which is why the sizing step above matters.

No. Qi Yi Crystal has no store, counter, pop-up, stockist or pickup point in Vancouver, Toronto or anywhere in Canada. Our only physical shop is at No. 37-22, Yuying Road, East District, Taichung, Taiwan. Canadian orders are placed online and couriered by SF Express international.
