Is there a Qi Yi Crystal shop in Hong Kong? The short answer
No. If our name appeared while you were looking for a crystal shop near Mong Kok, Causeway Bay or Central, that is a search result and not an address. Those districts are where people in Hong Kong usually browse crystal shops in person; none of them is a Qi Yi Crystal location, and nothing of ours is stored, displayed or handed over in Hong Kong.
What does exist is a single shop in East District, Taichung, where every made-to-order bracelet is strung by hand. That shop holds a 5.0-star Google rating, and from there we ship to 60+ countries and regions. For Hong Kong, the whole purchase happens on the English site, and the parcel travels by SF Express international courier to the address you enter.

- Ordering from our Taichung shop means the bracelet is strung after you order, to your wrist measurement, with the beads you chose. You can see the stone type, diameter and unit price of each bead before you pay.
- Ordering online means waiting: a making stage for custom pieces, then the courier leg. You cannot handle the stones first, so the written material and sizing information has to carry the weight — which is why we publish it in detail.
- In-stock pieces on our site skip the making stage and dispatch sooner, which narrows the gap if you are in a hurry. We still do not promise an arrival date.
Questions to put to any crystal seller before you pay
These apply equally to a street-level shop, a social media seller and an overseas website, ours included. A seller who answers them plainly is easier to trust than one with a long list of claims.

What a real, natural crystal bracelet looks like
People searching for a genuine crystal bracelet or a natural gemstone bracelet often expect flawless, identical beads. Natural material rarely behaves that way. Ice cracks, cloud-like inclusions (sometimes called veils) and slight colour variation from bead to bead are normal, not defects, and we do not treat them as grounds for a return.

Hong Kong shoppers are used to centimetres, which makes this simple. Wrap a soft tape once around your wrist, read the circumference, and choose that exact figure. Sizes run from 11cm to 22cm in 0.5cm steps, so a reading of 15.5cm means you select 15.5cm.
Please do not pad the number for comfort. The system already calculates the slack from the bead size you picked, and a padded measurement is the usual reason a bracelet turns out too loose. Bead diameters are 6mm, 8mm and 10mm.
