Payment is where Hong Kong differs most from our other overseas markets, so it comes first here. Alongside the methods offered everywhere — Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal — Hong Kong customers can also pay with FPS and AlipayHK.
Prices are listed in New Taiwan dollars (NT$). What you see while browsing is an HK$ figure shown as a conversion of the NT$ price. Before you confirm payment, the checkout shows the exact amount and the currency that will be charged; treat that screen as the final word.

Two clocks: making time and courier time
People often ask how long shipping from Taiwan to Hong Kong takes and expect a single number. There are really two clocks, and only one of them is the courier's.
The first clock is the workshop. Made-to-order bracelets are hand-strung in the Taichung shop, which takes about 7–14 working days. In-stock pieces have no making stage and dispatch sooner. The second clock starts at dispatch: SF Express international transit to Hong Kong is about 1–2 business days, the shortest of any overseas market we serve, because Hong Kong is the nearest to Taiwan.
Both are estimates only. We never promise an arrival date, so for a birthday, Mother's Day, Christmas or Lunar New Year, add the two clocks together and order early.
What shipping included means, and the NT$1,500 minimum
International shipping is already included in the displayed price. Nothing is added for delivery at checkout, whether your basket holds one bracelet or several.
Overseas orders, Hong Kong included, need to reach a minimum of NT$1,500. That figure is a minimum order and nothing more; it is not a level above which a delivery fee disappears, because no separate delivery fee exists in the first place.
Do I pay duty on a parcel from Taiwan?
Under current policy Hong Kong does not levy customs duty on general personal-use imported parcels, so most customers pay nothing extra on arrival. If a local charge does arise it is paid by the recipient; SF Express notices and Hong Kong Customs rules prevail.
To be clear about our side of it: we do not collect or absorb any duty, tax or courier handling fee at destination. Keep the phone number you entered at checkout reachable, so that any notice from SF Express finds you.
Tracking, and who to message
Every overseas parcel goes by SF Express international courier and is trackable end to end, from Taichung to your address in Hong Kong. There is no branch of ours along the way: our one physical shop is at No. 37-22, Yuying Road, East District, Taichung, Taiwan, and no parcel is held for collection at any Qi Yi Crystal point in Hong Kong, because none exists.

Get the size right before it leaves Taichung
A short courier leg does not make a wrong size painless, since a made-to-order bracelet cannot be returned for a change of mind. Measure your actual wrist circumference with a soft tape and choose that exact number. The system already calculates slack from the bead size.
Please do not round up for comfort; doing so is what makes a bracelet too loose.

Returns, and what counts as a defect
In-stock items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Made-to-order bracelets cannot be returned except for genuine defects.
Each bead's stone type and size is listed. Ice cracks, cloud-like inclusions (veils) and slight colour variation are normal, not defects, so they are not a basis for returning a custom piece. The Taichung shop holds a 5.0-star Google rating, and we ship to 60+ countries and regions.

No. Qi Yi Crystal has no shop, counter, stockist or pickup point in Hong Kong. Every order is couriered by SF Express from our only shop, in East District, Taichung, to the address you give at checkout.
Can I send a made-to-order bracelet back if it doesn't fit?

Who decides which stones go into a BaZi or zodiac bracelet?
An algorithm does. Readings are AI calculation, and there is no fortune-teller, no master and no human reader. Five-element, zodiac and star-sign pairings are folk culture and symbolism with no scientifically proven effect, and you are not obliged to keep any bead the formula suggests.
