The trade-off is time and paperwork: a making stage in Taichung, an international courier leg, and possible import charges when the parcel reaches the US.

About the readings: an algorithm, stated once and plainly

The readings on the site are AI calculation. There is no fortune-teller, no master and no human reader behind them. Five-element, zodiac and star-sign pairings are folk culture and symbolism with no scientifically proven effect. Choose stones because you like how they look and what they represent to you, and treat any formula as a design starting point you are free to change.

Sizing in inches: convert once, then leave the number alone

Site sizes are in centimeters, while most American tape measures lead with inches. Wrap a soft tape once around your wrist where the bracelet will sit, read the inches, and multiply by 2.54. For example, 6.5 inches × 2.54 ≈ 16.5cm. The available range of 11cm to 22cm is about 4.3–8.7 inches, offered in 0.5cm steps, so choose the option that matches your actual measurement.

Then stop. Many American sizing charts suggest extra length for comfort, but please don't do that here: the system already calculates slack from the bead size you choose, and padding the number makes the bracelet too loose.

Bead diameters are 6mm, 8mm and 10mm, and custom pieces have no minimum bead count. Custom bracelets are built mainly around clear-bodied, transparent natural crystal, and you can choose a clear, mixed or opaque feel.

What a US buyer pays, how long it takes, and what can be returned

Prices are listed in New Taiwan dollars (NT$), and the site shows a US$ figure as a conversion. The exact amount and currency charged are shown before you confirm payment. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. International shipping is already included in the displayed price, so nothing is added for delivery at checkout. Overseas orders have a minimum of NT$1,500, which is simply a minimum order.

Import charges are separate. US import rules for small parcels changed in 2025, so don't assume a low-value parcel is automatically duty-free. Any duty, tariff or courier handling fee is paid by the recipient, and we do not collect or absorb it. U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is the authoritative source for the current rules.

Made-to-order bracelets take about 7–14 working days to hand-string, and in-stock pieces dispatch sooner because there is no making stage. SF Express transit to a US address is about 3–7 business days after dispatch. All timings are estimates only, and we never promise an arrival date. For birthdays, Mother's Day, Christmas or Lunar New Year, add making time and transit together and order early.

In-stock items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Made-to-order bracelets cannot be returned except for genuine defects.
