American shoppers are used to seeing a product price, then a shipping line, then tax, all stacked up at checkout. Our pricing works differently on the shipping part: international courier delivery is already included in the price you see on the product page, and nothing is added for delivery at checkout.
We deliberately do not call that a shipping giveaway, because it is not one. The cost of getting a parcel from Taichung to a US address is built into the displayed price. The only ordering condition for overseas customers is a minimum order of NT$1,500, and that figure is a minimum order rather than a threshold that unlocks anything.

US$ display, NT$ pricing, and how to pay
Prices are listed in New Taiwan dollars (NT$, also written TWD). For US visitors the site shows a US$ figure as a conversion of the NT$ price, which makes browsing easier. Before you confirm payment, the exact amount and the currency charged are shown on screen, so check that line if the billing currency matters to you.
Accepted payment methods are Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Everything is paid online at checkout, since the only physical shop is in Taichung and there is no counter in the United States.
Duties, tariffs and handling fees on parcels to the US
US import rules for small parcels changed in 2025, so don't assume a low-value parcel is automatically duty-free.
Any duty, tariff or courier handling fee is paid by the recipient. We do not collect it at checkout and we do not absorb it afterward. We also cannot tell you the exact figure in advance, because it is assessed on the US side and not by us. U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is the authoritative source, and its published guidance prevails over anything a seller tells you, including this page.

Get the size right before the parcel crosses the Pacific
A made-to-order bracelet cannot be returned except for genuine defects, and sending anything back across an ocean is a chore, so the wrist measurement deserves a minute of care. Site sizes are in centimeters, from 11cm to 22cm in 0.5cm steps, which is about 4.3–8.7 inches.
Measure your actual wrist circumference with a soft tape and multiply the inches by 2.54. For example, 6.5 inches × 2.54 ≈ 16.5cm. Choose that exact number. Please don't pad it for comfort: the system already calculates slack from the bead size, and extra length makes the bracelet too loose.
Bead diameters are 6mm, 8mm and 10mm, and there is no minimum bead count on custom pieces. Returns, and what natural crystal looks like on arrival
In-stock items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Made-to-order bracelets cannot be returned except for genuine defects, because each one is strung for a single wrist and a single bead selection.
Each bead's stone type and size is listed when you order, and photos are for reference. When you open the parcel you may notice ice cracks, cloud-like inclusions (veils) and slight color variation from bead to bead. Those are normal, not defects, and they are more visible in the clear-bodied, transparent crystal that custom bracelets are mainly built around. The Taichung shop holds a 5.0-star Google rating.
