What made to order means at Qi Yi Crystal
A custom bracelet here does not exist until you order it. After payment, the beads you selected are hand-strung in the Taichung shop to the wrist measurement you entered. That is why the making stage takes about 7–14 working days, and why a made-to-order piece cannot be returned except for genuine defects.
There is no minimum bead count, so a slim strand is as welcome as a full one. Custom bracelets are built mainly around clear-bodied, transparent natural crystal, and you can steer the overall look toward a clear, mixed or opaque feel. Each bead's stone type and size is listed.
One thing to settle before you go further: everything ships from Taiwan. We hold no inventory in the US and have no American storefront, so a personalized crystal bracelet from us always involves an international courier leg.
Choose a starting point: five ways to personalize
Some American customers arrive knowing exactly which stones they want. Others were told by a parent or grandparent that a certain element or zodiac animal suits them and want to explore that in English. Both are fine. Many of our overseas customers come from Chinese and other Asian diaspora families, and the BaZi tool uses the Chinese calendar automatically, so a regular Western birth date is all you type in.

A plain note on the readings
The BaZi, zodiac and trait results are AI calculation, meaning an algorithm. There is no fortune-teller, no master and no human reader who looks at your details. Five-element, zodiac and star-sign pairings are folk culture and symbolism with no scientifically proven effect. Use a formula as a design suggestion, and change any bead you like in the builder.
Beads and diameter: 6mm, 8mm or 10mm
Bead diameter changes the character of the bracelet more than most people expect. A 6mm strand is the slimmest and sits easily next to a watch. An 8mm strand is the middle choice. A 10mm strand is the boldest and shows the inside of each clear stone most readily.
No two beads are identical. Ice cracks, cloud-like inclusions (veils) and slight color variation are normal, not defects, and a transparent stone shows them more openly than an opaque one. If you prefer a more even look, lean toward the mixed or opaque feel when you choose.
Wrist size for Americans: inches × 2.54, and nothing extra
The size menu is in centimeters, from 11cm to 22cm in 0.5cm steps. That range is about 4.3–8.7 inches. Measure your actual wrist circumference with a soft tape, then multiply the inches by 2.54. A wrist of 6.5 inches works out like this: 6.5 inches × 2.54 ≈ 16.5cm, so you select 16.5cm.
No soft tape in the house? Wrap a strip of paper around your wrist, mark where it meets, and lay it flat against a ruler. Most American rulers carry a centimeter edge, which lets you skip the math entirely.
Choose the exact number you measured. US jewelry sizing advice often says to size up for comfort, but that habit does not apply here: the system already calculates slack from the bead size you picked, and any padding on top of it leaves the bracelet too loose. With a made-to-order piece, the measurement is the one detail worth checking twice.
Price, payment and US import charges
Pricing is visible at bead level. In the builder you can read the unit price of each bead before it goes on the strand, so the total is never a mystery. Prices are listed in New Taiwan dollars (NT$) and shown in US$ as a conversion, and the exact amount and currency charged are shown before you confirm payment.
International shipping is already included in the displayed price, and nothing is added for delivery at checkout. The minimum overseas order is NT$1,500. That figure is a minimum order and nothing more.
US import rules for small parcels changed in 2025, so don't assume a low-value parcel is automatically duty-free. Any duty, tariff or courier handling fee is paid by the recipient. Both are estimates only, and we never promise an arrival date, because customs clearance and courier handling are outside our control.
For a gift, add the two stages together and order early, especially ahead of birthdays, Mother's Day, Christmas and Lunar New Year. If you are buying for someone else, quietly measuring a bracelet they already wear will not give you a wrist circumference, so ask for the real wrist measurement if you can.
