If you're buying a gift and don't know the recipient's birth details, the trait-based, zodiac or style options are the easiest.

Trait matching — no birth date needed. Choose 3 wish directions and a bead formula appears in about 30 seconds.
BaZi Five Elements matching — enter your birth date (birth time makes it more precise). The chart is generated automatically and bead colours are chosen to match the elements.

How to measure your wrist (please don't add extra cm)

Use a soft measuring tape and measure right around your wrist bone, snug against the skin, then read the number in centimetres. Enter that actual number when ordering — we offer 11cm to 22cm.

This is the part Malaysian customers most often get wrong: do not add 1–2cm 'for comfort'. Our system already calculates the finished strung length and looseness based on the bead diameter you chose, so adding extra makes the bracelet too loose.

No soft tape at home? Wrap a strip of paper or a string around your wrist, mark where it overlaps, then lay it flat against a ruler and read the centimetres.

Bead size, finish and what natural crystal actually looks like

Bead diameters are 6mm, 8mm and 10mm. Smaller beads read as finer and more delicate; 10mm gives a chunkier look and is popular for men's designs. There is no minimum bead count on custom bracelets.

Custom bracelets are built mainly around clear-bodied natural crystal, and you can choose a clear, mixed or opaque finish depending on the look you want.

Clear — translucent stones, brighter and lighter on the wrist.
Mixed — a combination of translucent and opaque beads for contrast.
Opaque — solid-bodied stones, deeper and more matte in appearance.

How pricing, payment and Malaysian tax work

Prices are listed in New Taiwan dollars and shown to you converted into MYR; the exact amount and the currency you'll be charged in are displayed before you confirm payment. In the custom builder, each bead's unit price is visible, so you can see the total move as you swap stones.

The price already includes international shipping — nothing extra is added at checkout. Overseas orders have a minimum value of NT$1,500.

On tax: most low-value parcels fall under Malaysia's de minimis exemption. If any duty or sales tax does apply, it is payable by the recipient under local Malaysian rules.

Shipping: SF Express international courier, trackable end to end.

How the timeline adds up, from order to your door

Work backwards from the date you need it. A custom bracelet is hand-strung to order, so the making time comes first, and only then does the courier clock start.

In-stock pieces skip the making stage and dispatch faster. All transit figures are estimates only — festive periods and customs processing can shift them, and we don't promise a specific arrival date.

Returns, support and what we're honest about

In-stock items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Custom bracelets are made specifically for you, so apart from genuine defects they can't be returned or exchanged — which is exactly why the wrist measurement step matters.

Natural crystal contains ice cracks, cloud-like inclusions and slight colour variation. These are normal, not defects, and no two bracelets look identical.

We also want to be clear about the metaphysics: our matching is AI-driven calculation, not a reading by a fortune teller — we don't have a master on staff. The links between the Five Elements, zodiac signs, star signs and crystals are folk culture and symbolism, with no scientifically proven effect.

Do you have a shop in KL, Penang or Johor?

No. Qi Yi Crystal has no branch, counter or collection point anywhere in Malaysia. Our only physical store is in East District, Taichung, Taiwan, and all Malaysian orders are placed online and couriered to your address.

Will I have to pay import duty or SST?

Most low-value parcels fall under Malaysia's de minimis exemption, so usually nothing extra is charged. If duty or sales tax does apply, it is paid by the recipient according to local Malaysian rules. Your product price already includes international shipping.

How long will it take to reach Malaysia?

A custom bracelet takes about 7–14 working days to hand-string in Taichung, then roughly 2–5 business days in transit with SF Express. In-stock pieces dispatch faster. These are estimates only and we don't guarantee a specific delivery date.

Can I pay in ringgit?

What if the custom bracelet doesn't fit when it arrives?
