Five ways to choose — and who each one suits
You don't need to understand five elements or Chinese metaphysics to pick a gift. Choose the method that matches how much you know about the person, then let the tool do the rest.

Wrist size in centimetres — the one rule Malaysians get wrong
Sizes are in centimetres and you can select 11–22 cm. Use a soft measuring tape around the wrist once and read the actual circumference, then choose that exact number. Please do not add an extra centimetre or two "for looseness" — the system already calculates the strung length and fit based on the bead diameter you chose, so adding centimetres makes the bracelet too loose.
Bead diameter also changes the look and feel: 6 mm is fine and understated, 8 mm is the most common everyday choice, and 10 mm reads bolder on a larger wrist. Timing: work backwards from the date, never forward
Two parts make up the wait. First, making: custom and BaZi bracelets are hand-strung at the Taichung shop in about 7–14 working days, while ready-stock pieces dispatch faster. Second, delivery: after dispatch, SF Express takes about 2–5 business days to Malaysia, fully trackable.
All timings above are estimates only and we do not promise a specific arrival date. Customs checks, courier backlogs and the run-up to festive periods such as Raya, Deepavali, Chinese New Year and Christmas can all stretch the schedule, so if the bracelet is tied to a fixed date, order early and treat the delivery window as indicative rather than fixed.
Prices in MYR, payment and shipping to Malaysia
Prices are listed in New Taiwan dollars and displayed in MYR as a conversion for convenience. The exact amount and the currency you will actually be charged are shown on screen before you confirm payment, so you can check the figure against your card before clicking.
Accepted payment methods are Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. International shipping is already included in the price — nothing extra is added at checkout — and overseas orders have a minimum order value of NT$1,500. Delivery is by SF Express with end-to-end tracking.
Duty, SST and what arrives at your door
Most low-value parcels fall under Malaysia's de minimis exemption. If any duty or sales tax does apply, it is payable by the recipient under local rules, so put the recipient's own name, full address and a reachable mobile number on the order — that is who the courier and any customs notice will contact.
This matters when you are shipping straight to the birthday person: if a charge appears, they are the one who settles it. If you would rather handle that yourself, have the parcel sent to your address first and pass the gift over in person.
Being straight with you: what natural crystal is and isn't
Each bead's stone type and size is listed, and custom bracelets are built mainly around clear-bodied (transparent) crystals, though you can choose transparent, mixed or opaque textures. Colour and texture vary from bead to bead — ice fractures, cotton-like inclusions and slight colour variation are normal, not defects. Our Google rating is 5.0 stars.
Our matching is AI-based metaphysical calculation — we do not have a fortune master personally assembling bracelets. The links between five elements, zodiac, star signs and crystals belong to folk culture and symbolic meaning, with no scientific proof of any effect, and we make no health or luck claims of any kind.
Returns: ready-stock items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Made-to-order bracelets are produced individually for one person, so apart from genuine defects they are not eligible for return or exchange — which is exactly why the wrist measurement and the size you key in deserve a second look before you pay.

Does Qi Yi Crystal have a shop or pickup point in KL, Penang or Johor?
No. Our only physical shop is in East District, Taichung, Taiwan (No. 37-22, Yuying Road), where the bracelets are hand-strung. We have no branch, counter, agent or self-collect point in Malaysia, so all Malaysian orders are placed online and couriered to you.
How long does delivery to Malaysia take?
After dispatch, SF Express international courier takes about 2–5 business days to Malaysia with full tracking. Add the making time first: about 7–14 working days for custom and BaZi bracelets, faster for ready stock. These are estimates only and we don't guarantee a specific arrival date.
Will I have to pay import duty or SST?

Can you make sure it arrives before Raya / a birthday?
We can't promise arrival by a specific date. Plan for roughly 7–14 working days of hand-stringing plus about 2–5 business days of courier time, all estimates, and order two to three weeks ahead when the gift is tied to a fixed occasion.
The bracelet has tiny cracks and cloudy patches — is it damaged?
No. Ice fractures, cotton-like inclusions and slight colour differences between beads are normal — every bead is a little different — and they are not defects. Photos are for reference; the actual piece may differ slightly.
If the size is wrong, can I exchange a custom bracelet?
Ready-stock items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Custom and BaZi bracelets are made individually for one person, so except for genuine defects they can't be returned or exchanged — please double-check the wrist measurement before paying.
