How long it really takes: making time + delivery time
Treat the wait as two separate stages so you can plan around a birthday or a gift date. Stage one is production: every custom bracelet is hand-strung in our Taichung store, which takes about 7–14 working days. Stage two is delivery: once the parcel is handed to SF Express, transit to Malaysia is usually about 2–5 business days.
In-stock designs skip most of stage one and move to dispatch much sooner. All timings above are estimates for planning only — customs inspection, weekends and public holidays in either country can shift things, and we don't promise an exact arrival date.

Prices in MYR, shipping included, and how you pay
Product prices are listed in New Taiwan dollars and displayed to you in MYR as a conversion, so you can see roughly what you're spending before you commit. The exact amount charged and the currency used are shown to you before payment is confirmed — nothing is hidden until after the fact.
International shipping is already built into the price, so checkout does not add a separate courier fee. Overseas orders (including Malaysia) have a minimum order value of NT$1,500.

Customs, duties and SST on a parcel from Taiwan
Most low-value parcels entering Malaysia fall under the de minimis exemption, so a single crystal bracelet usually clears without extra charges. If duty or sales tax does apply to your shipment, it is payable by the recipient under Malaysian rules — we can't absorb or pre-pay it on your behalf.
Clearance is handled as part of the SF Express international service, and the parcel stays trackable throughout. If a customs agent or courier contacts you for an IC number or a clearance confirmation, respond promptly so the parcel isn't held longer than necessary.
Tracking your parcel and getting help
Every order ships with an SF Express tracking number so you can follow it from Taiwan to your doorstep in Malaysia. Scans typically move from the Taichung/Taiwan export leg, through customs clearance, then to local delivery.

Getting the wrist size right (don't add extra centimetres)
Wrap a soft measuring tape once around your wrist and read the actual circumference in centimetres — that's the number you enter. Our system already calculates the finished strung length and the correct ease for the bead size you picked, so please do not add 1–2 cm "for comfort"; adding extra makes the bracelet too loose.
Sizes run from 11 cm to 22 cm, and beads come in 6 mm, 8 mm and 10 mm. Custom strands have no minimum bead count, so you can design a slim single-stone piece or a fully mixed strand.

Materials, returns and what a natural stone looks like
Each bead's stone type and size is listed, and our Google rating is 5.0 stars. Custom bracelets are mainly built on transparent-body natural crystal, and you can choose transparent, mixed or opaque textures. Colour and texture vary from bead to bead — ice cracks, cloud-like veils (cotton inclusions) and slight colour variation are normal, not defects.
In-stock items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Custom bracelets are made specifically for you, so apart from genuine defects they are not eligible for return or exchange — please confirm your wrist measurement, bead size and stone choices before you place the order.

Do you have a shop or pickup point in Malaysia?
No. Our only physical store is in East District, Taichung, Taiwan, where the bracelets are hand-strung. We have no branch, counter or collection point in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong or anywhere else overseas, so all Malaysian orders are placed online and delivered by courier.
How long will my bracelet take to reach Malaysia?
Add the two stages together. A custom bracelet takes about 7–14 working days to hand-string, then about 2–5 business days in transit with SF Express; in-stock pieces dispatch sooner. These are estimates for reference only — customs and holidays can affect timing, and we don't commit to a fixed arrival date.
Will I be charged customs duty or SST when the parcel arrives?
