How the five elements map to crystal colours (folk symbolism, not science)
In traditional Chinese colour symbolism, each of the five elements is associated with a family of colours, and crystal beads are chosen to match those colour families. This is the logic behind a "五行手串" — you are matching stone colours to a chart, not buying a remedy.
We want to be straight with Singapore readers: five elements, BaZi, zodiac and star-sign pairings are folk culture and symbolic meaning only. There is no scientific evidence that a bracelet produces any physical or material effect, and we make no promises about luck, wealth or protection.

How our BaZi charting works — and why there is no master
Choose the BaZi five-elements tool, key in your birth date (year, month, day). If you know your birth time it is more accurate; if you don't, you can still get a chart. The system draws up the chart automatically and then selects bead colour families based on the five-elements result, so you don't need to read a chart yourself.
Important disclosure: this is AI charting (AI 命理演算). Qi Yi Crystal does not have a fortune-teller, master or 師父 reading your chart, and nobody will call you for a consultation. The output is an algorithmic bead recipe you are free to adjust before checkout.
Don't want to give your birthday? Two other routes
Plenty of Singapore customers prefer not to enter birth data. The trait-based tool asks you to pick 3 wish directions instead — no birthday required — and generates a recipe in about 30 seconds.

Prefer to choose every bead yourself?
The custom tool lets you build the bracelet bead by bead. The stone type, bead diameter and unit price of every bead are shown openly, and when you swap one bead the total price recalculates instantly — useful if you are working to a budget in SGD.
Bead diameters are 6mm, 8mm and 10mm. There is no minimum bead count on a custom bracelet. Our custom bracelets use mainly clear-bodied natural crystal, and you can choose a clear, mixed or opaque body texture depending on the look you want.
Measuring your wrist — please don't add extra centimetres
Wrist size is in centimetres and you can select from 11cm to 22cm. Use a soft measuring tape, wrap it once around your wrist, and read the actual circumference.
Enter that actual number. Our system already calculates the strung length and tension for the bead diameter you chose, so there is no need to add 1cm or 2cm "for comfort" — adding centimetres will make the bracelet too loose. If you are between sizes or unsure, message us on WhatsApp before you order.
Ordering from Singapore: payment, GST, timing and returns
Payment is by Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal, and the exact charge and currency appear before you pay. Overseas orders have a minimum order value of NT$1,500, and international shipping is included — no separate delivery fee is added at checkout.
Custom hand-strung bracelets take about 7–14 working days to make; in-stock items ship faster. After dispatch, SF Express takes about 2–5 business days to Singapore with full tracking. All timings are estimates only and we don't promise an exact arrival date.
On tax: since 2023 Singapore applies GST to low-value imported goods as well, and any GST due is payable by the recipient under local IRAS/Singapore Customs rules. On returns: in-stock items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt; custom bracelets are made specifically for you, so apart from defects they are not returnable.

Do you have a shop or collection point in Singapore?
No. We have no store, counter, stockist or collection point in Singapore, and none anywhere else overseas. Our only physical store is in East District, Taichung, Taiwan, where the bracelets are strung by hand. Everything for Singapore customers is ordered online and shipped out.
How long will my bracelet take to reach Singapore?
A custom hand-strung bracelet takes about 7–14 working days to make, and in-stock pieces ship sooner. After dispatch, SF Express usually takes about 2–5 business days to Singapore with tracking. These are estimates only and we don't guarantee a specific delivery date.
Will I need to pay GST on the parcel?
Possibly. Since 2023 Singapore charges GST on low-value imported goods as well, and any GST is paid by the recipient according to local rules. Our listed price includes international shipping but not Singapore GST or any local handling that may apply.
I don't know my exact birth time. Can I still order a BaZi bracelet?
Yes. The birth date is enough for the AI charting to run; knowing the birth time simply makes the chart more precise. If you would rather skip birth data altogether, use the trait-based tool — pick 3 wish directions and you'll get a recipe in about 30 seconds.
Does a five elements or feng shui bracelet actually work?
We can't claim that. Five elements, BaZi, zodiac and star-sign pairings are folk culture and symbolic meaning, with no scientifically proven effect. We make no health, luck or wealth claims — treat it as a meaningful piece of natural crystal jewellery you enjoy wearing.
Should I add 1–2cm to my wrist measurement?
Please don't. Measure the actual circumference of your wrist with a soft tape and enter that number; sizes run from 11cm to 22cm. The system already factors in the bead diameter to work out strung length and tension, so adding centimetres will make it too loose.
Can I return a custom bracelet if I change my mind?
In-stock items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Custom bracelets are made specifically for you, so apart from a genuine defect they can't be returned. If something looks wrong on arrival, WhatsApp us at +886 965 826 321 with photos and we'll look into it.
Who picks my beads — is there a master involved?
No master. Qi Yi Crystal uses AI charting, so the chart and colour-family suggestions are generated by the system, not by a fortune-teller. You can adjust any bead in the custom tool before checkout, and prices update instantly as you swap stones.
