Wrist size when you're not sure — and the one mistake to avoid

Measure the actual circumference of the wrist once with a soft measuring tape and enter that exact number. Do not add extra centimetres for comfort — the system already calculates the finished strung length and fit based on the bead size you choose, so adding on will make the bracelet too loose.

Wrist sizes are selected in centimetres from 11 cm to 22 cm, and bead diameters are 6 mm, 8 mm or 10 mm. Smaller 6 mm beads read as delicate and everyday; 10 mm reads chunkier and more visible under a work shirt cuff.

Leave enough time — making time plus shipping time

Every made-to-order bracelet is hand-strung at our Taichung store, which takes about 7–14 working days. After dispatch, SF Express takes roughly 2–5 business days to Singapore. Both figures are estimates only, and we don't promise a guaranteed arrival date.

So for a birthday, an anniversary, Christmas or Chinese New Year gift, work backwards and order early rather than cutting it fine. Peak periods, customs checks and public holidays in either country can all add time that's outside our control.

Prices in SGD, payment, and GST on imports

Prices are listed in New Taiwan dollars and shown to you in SGD as a conversion — the exact amount and the currency you'll actually be charged are displayed before you confirm payment. We accept Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

International shipping is already built into the price, so there's no separate courier charge at checkout. Overseas orders have a minimum order value of NT$1,500.

On tax: since 2023 Singapore applies GST to low-value imported goods as well, so any GST due on your parcel is payable by the recipient under local rules. That part sits with Singapore Customs and IRAS, not with us.

What you're actually giving: natural crystal, hand-strung

Each bead's stone type and size is listed, and our Google rating is 5.0 stars. Custom bracelets are built mainly around clear-bodied natural crystal, and you can choose a clear, mixed or opaque body texture depending on the look you're after.

Natural stones carry ice cracks, cloudy veils and slight colour variation between beads. These are normal, not defects — worth mentioning to the recipient so a 'flaw' isn't misread as damage.

Because every custom string is put together by hand for one specific wrist, no two orders come out perfectly identical.

Returns, and being upfront about what we can't do in Singapore

Ready-stock items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Custom bracelets are made specifically for you, so apart from defects they can't be returned or exchanged — which is exactly why wrist measurement and bead size deserve two minutes of care before you check out.

To be clear again: we have no store, counter, stockist or collection point anywhere in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Japan, Korea, Europe or the US. The Taichung store is the only physical location, so if you're in Singapore, ordering online and shipping by SF Express is the only way to buy from us.
