Singapore buyers usually ask "how long does it take from Taiwan?" — the honest answer is that it depends on whether your piece is hand-strung to order or already in stock. Every made-to-order bracelet is strung by hand at our Taichung shop, which is the part that takes time; once it leaves us, SF Express handles the international leg.
Treat the two stages as separate and add them together when you're ordering for a birthday or a trip.

Prices in SGD, shipping included, and how you pay
Product prices are listed in New Taiwan dollars, and the SGD figure you see on site is a currency conversion for reference. Before you confirm payment, the checkout shows you the exact amount and the currency you will actually be charged in, so there are no surprises on your card statement.
International shipping is already included in the price — nothing extra is added for delivery at checkout. The one rule for overseas orders is a minimum spend of NT$1,500.

GST and customs on a parcel from Taiwan
Since 2023, Singapore applies GST to low-value imported goods as well, so a small parcel is not automatically tax-free the way it once was. Any GST payable on your order is borne by the recipient under Singapore's local rules — that is the standard arrangement for cross-border purchases and it is not something we collect or absorb on your behalf.
SF Express will contact you or handle the formalities if anything is required during clearance, so keep the mobile number you enter at checkout reachable. If you are unsure how the current rules apply to your order value, IRAS and Singapore Customs are the authoritative sources.
Tracking your parcel
Every overseas order ships with SF Express international, which is trackable from the moment it leaves Taichung until it reaches your door. You'll be able to follow the movement from Taiwan through the export scan, the flight, arrival in Singapore, clearance and the local delivery attempt.
If the tracking looks stuck for a few days it is usually the clearance stage rather than a lost parcel. Message us on WhatsApp at +886 965 826 321 — an AI assistant replies instantly in English and Chinese, and anything complicated is passed to a real person.
Getting the wrist size right the first time
Because made-to-order bracelets can't be returned for a change of mind, sizing matters more than usual when you're buying from overseas. Use a soft measuring tape around your wrist, read the actual circumference in centimetres, and choose that exact number — our system already accounts for bead size and adds the correct slack when calculating the strung length.
Please do not add extra centimetres "for comfort". Adding your own allowance on top of ours is the most common reason a bracelet arrives too loose.

Returns, and what natural crystal actually looks like
In-stock products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Made-to-order bracelets are strung specifically for you, so apart from genuine defects they can't be returned — which is why we'd rather you check the size and bead diameter carefully before paying.
Each bead's stone type and size is listed. Colour and texture vary from bead to bead — ice fractures, cloud-like inclusions (veils) and slight colour differences are normal, not flaws. Our Google rating is 5.0 stars.

How long does shipping from Taiwan to Singapore take?
After dispatch, SF Express takes about 2–5 business days to Singapore. If your bracelet is made to order, add about 7–14 working days of hand-stringing before that. These are estimates only and we don't promise an exact arrival date.
Do I have to pay GST or customs duty on the parcel?
Possibly. Since 2023 Singapore charges GST on low-value imported goods too, and any GST due is paid by the recipient under local rules. We don't collect it at checkout, so check current IRAS and Singapore Customs guidance if you want to estimate it for your order value.
Is there a shipping fee to Singapore?
No separate shipping fee. International freight is already included in the product price, so nothing extra for delivery is added at checkout. Overseas orders do need to reach a minimum value of NT$1,500.
Are prices in SGD, and how do I pay?

Is there a Qi Yi Crystal shop or collection point in Singapore?
No. Our only physical store is at No. 37-22, Yuying Rd, East District, Taichung, Taiwan, where the bracelets are hand-strung. We have no outlet, counter or pickup point in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia or anywhere else overseas — all orders are placed online and couriered.
How do I measure my wrist for the right size?
Wrap a soft measuring tape around your wrist, read the actual circumference in centimetres, and select that number (11–22cm). Don't add extra centimetres — the system already calculates the strung length and slack based on the bead diameter you chose.
Can I return a custom bracelet if I don't like it?
In-stock items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Custom bracelets are strung specifically for you, so they can't be returned except for defects. Natural features such as ice fractures, veils and slight colour variation are normal characteristics of natural crystal, not defects.
Do you have a fortune master who selects the stones?
