Most Singapore customers start by deciding how much input they want to give. Some know exactly which stones they like; others prefer the site to suggest a combination. There are five routes on the website, and all of them end in the same place — a bracelet hand-strung in Taichung.
Note that our readings are generated by AI calculation. We do not have a fortune-teller or master doing personal consultations, and five-element, zodiac and star-sign pairings with crystals are cultural and symbolic in nature, with no scientifically proven effect.
- Trait-based matching — no birthday needed. Pick 3 directions you care about and a formula appears in about 30 seconds.
- BaZi five-element matching — enter your date of birth (knowing your birth hour makes it more precise). The chart is generated automatically and bead colours are chosen by the corresponding element.
- Chinese zodiac / star sign bracelets — ready-made formulas for all 12 zodiac animals and 12 star signs, in women's and men's versions.
- Custom builder — choose every bead yourself. Stone type, bead diameter and unit price are all shown; swap one bead and the total recalculates instantly.
- Style collections — design-led pieces chosen purely by colour, for anyone who doesn't want to deal with five elements at all.
Step 2: Measure your wrist the right way (in cm)
Use a soft measuring tape and wrap it once around your wrist to get the actual circumference, then select that exact number on the site. Sizes run from 11cm to 22cm.
Please do not add 1–2cm 'for comfort', which is a habit many people bring over from buying beaded bracelets in person. Our system already calculates the finished strung length and tension based on the bead diameter you choose — adding extra centimetres will make the bracelet too loose.
No soft tape at home? Wrap a strip of paper or a piece of string around your wrist, mark where it overlaps, then lay it flat against a ruler and read the centimetres.
Step 3: Bead size and finish — clear, mixed or opaque
Bead diameters are 6mm, 8mm and 10mm. 6mm reads delicate and stacks easily; 8mm is the middle ground most people pick; 10mm makes a stronger statement on its own. The same wrist measurement in different bead sizes gives a slightly different look, which is why we ask for your real wrist circumference rather than a finished length.
Custom bracelets are built mainly around clear-bodied (transparent) natural crystal, and you can choose a clear, mixed or opaque body for the overall feel. There is also no minimum bead count on a custom piece — a short, fine bracelet is perfectly acceptable.
Each bead's stone type and size is listed. Ice cracks, cloud-like inclusions and slight colour variation between beads are normal, not defects.
Step 4: Pricing, payment and GST in Singapore
Pricing is transparent at bead level: in the custom builder, each bead's stone type, diameter and unit price are published, so you can see exactly what changes the total. Prices are listed in New Taiwan dollars and displayed in SGD as a conversion, and the exact amount and currency you will be charged are shown before you confirm payment.
International shipping is already included in the price — nothing extra is added for delivery at checkout. The minimum spend for overseas orders is NT$1,500.
On tax: since 2023 Singapore applies GST to low-value imported goods as well. Any GST payable is borne by the recipient in line with local rules, so please factor that in when comparing against buying locally.

Add the two stages together when you're planning around a birthday or a gift. Custom bracelets are hand-strung in our Taichung shop and take about 7–14 working days to make; ready-stock items dispatch faster. After dispatch, SF Express typically takes about 2–5 business days to Singapore.
Every parcel ships with SF Express international courier and is trackable end to end. All timings above are estimates only — we don't promise a guaranteed arrival date, since customs clearance and courier handling are outside our control. If a date really matters, order early and message us before you place the order.
Returns, honesty and getting help from Singapore
Ready-stock items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Custom bracelets are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect — so double-check your wrist measurement, bead size and stone choices before confirming.
