Physical shop or online order — which suits you
A physical shop in Singapore suits you if you want the bracelet today, if you like to feel the weight of 10mm versus 8mm beads in your hand, or if you want to compare colour tones under real light before committing. Nothing beats trying on a strung bracelet for fit.
Ordering online from a workshop suits you if you want a specific combination that is not sitting in a display case — a particular bead count, a mixed-clarity strand, or a formula built around your birth data. You trade same-day pickup for choice and for a piece strung after you order, rather than before.
Many people in Singapore do both: buy a simple ready piece locally, then order a customised one for a birthday, a gift, or a wrist size that standard bracelets never fit.
What Qi Yi Crystal is — and what it isn't
Qi Yi Crystal (騏藝逸品) is a natural crystal brand based in East District, Taichung, Taiwan. The Taichung store holds a 5.0-star Google rating, and all hand-stringing is done there. There is no Singapore branch, no local warehouse, and no meet-up option — every Singapore order is shipped internationally from Taiwan.
We are also clear about the divination side. Our five-element, zodiac and star-sign formulas are generated by AI calculation; we do not have a fortune master, and nobody personally reads your chart. These correspondences belong to folk culture and carry symbolic meaning only, with no scientifically proven effect. Choose the stones because you like what they represent and how they look.
Five ways to build your bracelet online
You do not need to understand Chinese metaphysics to order. Pick whichever entry point matches how much you already know — or how much you want to think about it.
All five routes end at the same workshop bench in Taichung, and all use the same natural crystal stock.
- Trait-based matching — no birthday needed. Pick three directions you want the piece to represent and get a formula in about 30 seconds.
- BaZi five-element matching — enter your birth date (knowing your birth hour makes it more precise). The system charts it automatically and selects bead colours by the corresponding element.
- Chinese zodiac & star sign bracelets — ready-made formulas for all 12 zodiac animals and 12 star signs, in women's and men's versions.
- Full custom tool — choose every bead yourself. Stone type, bead diameter and unit price are all public, and the price updates the moment you swap a bead.
- Style collections — shop by colour and design if you would rather skip the five-element part entirely.
Sizing: measure in centimetres, and don't add extra
Use a soft measuring tape around your wrist and record the actual circumference in centimetres — that is the number you enter. Do not add 1–2cm for slack, as many sizing guides elsewhere suggest. Our system already accounts for bead diameter when calculating the finished length and tension, so adding extra will make the bracelet too loose.
Wrist sizes from 11cm to 22cm are supported, and bead diameters come in 6mm, 8mm and 10mm. Custom strands have no minimum bead count, so a slim single-stone piece is as valid as a full mixed strand.
Custom bracelets are built mainly from clear-bodied natural crystal, and you can specify clear, mixed or opaque textures. Natural crystal carries ice fractures, cloud-like inclusions and slight colour variation between beads — these are normal, not defects.

Prices are listed in New Taiwan dollars and displayed to you in SGD as a conversion; the exact amount charged and the currency are shown on screen before you confirm payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. The minimum order value for overseas orders is NT$1,500, and international shipping is already included in the price — nothing extra is added at checkout.
Made-to-order bracelets take about 7–14 working days to hand-string; ready-stock items dispatch faster. After dispatch, SF Express typically takes about 2–5 business days to Singapore with full tracking. All timings are estimates and we do not promise a specific arrival date.
Since 2023, Singapore applies GST to low-value imported goods as well. Any GST payable is the recipient's responsibility under local rules, so factor that in when you compare against a local shop's shelf price.
